I've heard great things about the baths in Budapest, and I'll be visiting Hungary in 3 weeks. Anyone got any advice for me about which baths are the best or where to go?

Lukács in Buda and Széchenyi in Pest are very good and famous. Thermal water, swimming pools, aqua fitness, sauna etc. You can get more information: www.spasbudapest.com/tartalom.php
There are nice baths in ohter parts of the country (for example: Hévíz, which is a natural lake with thermal water). Have a pleasure journey!

Indeed there are many spas in Budapest. You can find a brief list of Budapest spas here. Hévíz is a bit different, there is only one bath, the thermal lake, but its quite big, you can stay at any of the Heviz hotels and receive the treatment in the lake bath.
