Hi all

I have a brittish passport and i have been living in Serbia for 10 months, recently I got a job in Gibraltar and im moving there in 2 weeks. My girlfriend and our little dog will join us hopefully on the 24th of december. I will get a company apartment for 1 month so my girlfriend will be joining me at my company apartment. She has a serbian passport and a south african passport.

Will she be able to stay in Gibraltar? Would it be easier for us to stay in La Linea (Spain) after the white shengen visa (serbia acquires this from the 19th of december). What are our best options?

Thank you for your help

Kind regards
Kyle

I'm not quite sure what your question is , but if you both have British passports then you do not have a problem entering or staying in either Spain or Gib.

sorry let me rephrase this

Serbia is entering the White Shengen list on the 19th of december, my girlfriend has a serbian passport and a south african passport.

I have a british passport.

WIll she need a visa for Gib if Serbia is part of the white shengen list?

Kyle, if the following is the case, the UK including Gibraltar is not committed to the requirements of the Shengen list?

Maybe she could come with you under the concessions for unmarried partners of British Citizens.

'Hope it helps & good luck to you both
